What to do when there is red X in the license field of a user
What is happening is that the user is not getting an assignment for a license in your account. Normally waiting for about an hour will fix this issue in our back end automatically.
Make sure that you have slots available in your account.
One option is to delete the user, by selecting the Grey X at the end of the line, and then re-inviting the user, by clicking on the Add People button at the top of Your Users screen
